Empire Properties have a strong relationship with suppliers of building materials ranging from retail stores, hardware’s and manufacturers of bricks and other related building equipments and accessories.

Private Individual Clients:

The Corporation’s primary target market is individual customers. All over the world, individuals has been the key market attributed to the continued growth of towns, cities and suburbs. To this effect Empire Properties also recognizes the importance of this market segment. Our effort within the corporation is to ensure that it meets the customer needs and expectations of this market at all times.

Commercial Banks and Building Societies:

This is a more organized market that we are looking at having a timeless relationship. Whilst we have developed homes and properties for individual clients from across all the banks in Botswana, we have worked hard to be empaneled [and have Service Level Agreements] with all Commercial Banks and Building Societies to provide a complete services and products offering to help them grow their book, income and help their clients in realizing their ultimate dream of owning a home or property in their preferred location. We have done so to a great extend with most local banks and building societies.

Management and Financial Accountability:

Empire Properties is overseen by Advisory Board consisting of shareholders and appointed experts from the real estate and business fraternity. In terms of daily operations, the enterprise is owner-managed with the directors managing the daily operations of the corporation.

We take financial accountability seriously and believe that every business expense and income have to be accounted for. The management and directors of Empire Properties considers themselves as entrusted bearers of resources and assets owned by its stakeholders [shareholders, customers, suppliers and communities]. Although we consider all commercial bank our integral partners, to this end Empire Properties has a business account with three major commercial banks in Botswana.

To ensure that all financial activities of the company are recorded and accounted for, Empire Properties has engaged a private financial firm. Besides doing this as a principle and obligation we believe this will come in handy in instances where the business will need financial assistance from financial institutions and/or investors to grow the brand and take it to new heights.
